We operate a 2 night minimum stay over weekends and school holidays, and a 3 night minimum stay on Bank Holidays.
Prices Per Night
£24 per pitch (includes 2 adults)
£15 per pitch for single camper on foot/bike or bus
Extras Per Night
£5 for Electric Hook Up
£4 per Adult (16 and over)
£4 per children 3-15 years
£0 for infants 0-2 years
£1 per dog
Price includes 1 car, if you are bringing an extra car please let us know to check we can accommodate it.
Fire Baskets for Hire
£10 for Fire Brazier including Bag of wood and kindling
£5 for a bag of wood
Once we have booked you in you will receive an online invoice for the pitch via Square Payments 4-6 weeks before arrival, only once this has been settled is the pitch confirmed.
Hare & Hounds Cancellation Policy
50% refund if cancelled 28 days before arrival
25% refund if cancelled 14 days before arrival
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before arrivals
An additional £5 administration fee will be charged for any refunds to cover card processing fees.
**Please note that if you get asked to self isolate and cannot come then you would need to contact your travel insurance provider for reimbursement, we will not be able to transfer the booking.**
If you wish to cancel please email me on firstname.lastname@example.org with the request and the refund will be processed within 7 working days.
The Hare and Hounds will not be liable for refunds in the event we are prevented from fulfilling the booking as a result of circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure) such as war, terrorism, epidemics and health risks. We recommend you have adequate travel insurance in place to cover this.
